We recommend scheduling a home inspection as soon as you have a property under contract. This allows us to identify any potential issues early on and can help you make an informed decision about the purchase of the property.

Our priority is to identify major issues—the ones that may affect your decision to purchase the home. We are primarily looking for major problems, not necessarily every small problem. Although, in some instances, we may note some of them as a courtesy, they are not our primary focus.

We are proud to offer a Home Buyer Protection Plan. If, for any reason, the first home falls through and a second inspection is needed at another property, we will provide you with a $50 discount. *The Second inspection must be performed within 30 days and with the same agent representation on a similarly sized home. 

Of course! In many cases, clients choose to arrive about an hour after the scheduled start of  of the inspection. Unless it is unsafe to accompany us, we welcome you to follow along.
